Unreasonable property manager. Be cautious with move-out charges!
Despite multiple written disputes and repeated requests for documentation and specific reasoning regarding move-out charges, management failed to respond or provide any substantiation beyond "doesn't meet Hanover's standards." While the charges remained disputed, the account was sent to collections more than half a year later. The lack of communication and escalation of unresolved charges is making this a frustrating and stressful experience. I would strongly encourage future tenants to document... everything carefully or avoid this property altogether. And yes, most 5-star reviews are from tours, not actual residents. Read carefully!

Hanover Buckhead Village is Home
Hanover has been my place of residence for 3 years and I do not see myself moving anytime soon. Quita really brings comfort to myself and other residents by getting to know us personally and how to cater to our needs. She keeps this place flowing.
