Alexan on 8th has been a wonderful experience thus far! Right in the heart of midtown and perfectly situated for the best views. Could imagine living anywhere else in ATL.

I'm moving to ATL soon, and alexan is my #1 choice. Jovi was super professional and knowledgeable about the property. Can’t wait to move in!

This has been one of the most disappointing rental experiences I’ve ever had. When we moved in, the dishwasher was already broken and it took almost two months to repair. We were also told our apartment would be ready on a specific move-in date, but the leasing office completely forgot — we were notified the morning of that we couldn’t move in. Absolutely unprofessional.

On top of that, the apartment was not cleaned before move-in, and several facilities were already damaged. Emailing the... leasing manager is basically pointless — no one ever replies. Maintenance is just as bad. Our heater broke, and instead of fixing it right away (despite freezing temperatures), we were told we would have to wait almost a month, and that replacing it wasn’t an option because they “didn’t have the money.”

Whenever we try to speak to the property manager, Tory, he just complains about his own stress and says nothing can be done — and half the time, he’s not even there because he’s on vacation.

This place is disorganized, poorly managed, and shows zero respect for residents. I would never recommend living here. Read More

Great experience so far. Quiet community with respect for others and good manners everywhere. Some long leadtime for maintenance topics but nothing critical.

I have been living at the Alexan on 8th for almost 2 years. It is a wonderful community. The management staff is super helpful and friendly. The building and amenities are well maintained. They have updated and streamlined the package delivery room. I feel very safe living here.
