Since i moved here, i have had 0 issues. Maybe a couple minimal maintenance requests, but they have been addressed timely within 24hrs or less. Maintenance staff is good with communicating. The staff is AMAZING from the Leasing staff, Maintenance and the cleaning staff.. 10/10. The cleaning lady keeps these buildings immaculate, i mean spotless. The grounds guy is the best I’ve seen since I’ve been here for over year now. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Never experienced... attitude or sensed any frustrations from any of them. Honestly even my neighbors are good. I think everyone keeps to themselves. (I do think security could do a little better but i don’t have any complaints.) also, i would add i think there is a need for just a little more lighting at night on the backside of building 3 and 2.
