Have had such a great experience - toured in Jan, signed a lease in Feb, and have lived here for two months. Since the very beginning, the leasing agent, Mellissia, was a joy to spend time with and she was very communicative throughout the leasing process - even sent me videos and measurements of my apartment since I was moving from a different state. The complex is very clean and calm - I toured 13 places in Atlanta and this was by far the best. Maintenance is responsive and the building feels... secure and safe.

Enjoyed living here
I’ve lived at Broadstone Pullman for almost four years. The apartments are modern and beautiful. The maintenance staff is top notch! Anytime I had an issue they responded promptly, professionally and resolved the issue immediately. Mellissia in the leasing office is AMAZING!! The few times I had to call with an issue Mellissia handled it! She’s warm, friendly and goes the extra mile. It’s rare to find people so helpful in the leasing office after move-in. Enjoy living here
Building and amenities are nice, however the best is the folks working here. Mel is incredible, always goes the extra mile, and is a breath of fresh air!

Love this place
The property is modern with a immaculate vibe, with top-notch amenities that truly stand out.
