Great management who listens and caters to your every need. They have quite a few social gatherings to bring the entire apartment together which is great!

The great thing about 893 is how well designed and well constructed the building is. The location is terrific; close to everything and it will only get better as more restaurants and retail stores will open in the neighborhood. But, above all, it is the staff (management and rental, concierge and attendants, and maintenance) and the attention, care, and professionalism that bring such good vibes!

I like living here, but 1.) parking is outrageously expensive, 2.) management switch up 3 times over the past couple of years is suspicious? 3.) leasing office is dodgey on fulfilling your requests.
Living at 903 feels luxurious; the amenities are awesome and the apartments themselves are modern and nice, but there are little tidbits I'm not a fan of.

Pretty good. The concierge and maintenance staff are really kind and helpful. They make you use their own internet provider and you can't use your own equipment like router, that's kind of annoying but otherwise it's all right. It's expensive tho

The experience of living very well located, with accessible and friendly people, has been excellent. It's a welcoming place. The spaces serve well, as well as the gym and co-working.
