Rental Terms:
$799/month (utilities included)
6-month lease preferred (shorter stays, minimum 3 months, may be considered)
Move-in requires first month’s rent + $400 refundable security deposit
Rent is due on the last day of the current month for the following month
Prorated rent available for mid-month move-ins


I prioritize community harmony and expect respectful, courteous housemates. All residents participate in a weekly cleaning rotation for shared spaces.
