The apartment has great size and ammenities like washing machine, dishwasher, oven and stovetop, microwave and sink. Nice gym and playing room downstairs to spend some spare time.

Some units aren't not inspected well prior to new move-ins, there are so many maintenance issues. We had broken cabinets, dents in desks, broken refrigerator shelves, mildew on floors, etc. The management is working to fix them.

I really love living here. I highly recommend this place to others especially if one does not own a motor vehicle. Every thing here is convenient from Publix grocery store, the gas station right next door and all of the restaurants are walking distance.

I have not resided here before. Their reaction to me has consistently been warm and excellent. They assisted in resolving issues I encountered, regardless of the challenges I experienced.
