The new management has cut amenities and has started to tow residents even after giving out parking pass stickers. They don’t care about there residents and only care about the additional $75 that they are getting for allowing your car to be towed.

Great location & friendly staff!
We toured this property late February, early March of 2022 & our experience was memorable. The best part of this complex, is the location as we absolutely love Winter Garden. The small town has everything we could want (food/social life) and is only a short stroll away!
A friendly gentleman greeted us with a warm welcome and a big smile. He quickly addressed any questions/ concerns that were brought up without hesitation.
Unfortunately, we received orders to relocate and were unable to move... forward with the lease at this time. Rest assured, if moving back to this area we will not hesitate to sign.

Best location and wonderful staff!!
Fell in love with this property and their resort style pool. The hallways make you feel like you are in a hotel!!! The staff was amazing!!!!
