Worst experience possible. We applied to this complex 3.5 weeks ago with the projected move in date of tomorrow, Sept. 8th. When I applied and turned in my deposit on Aug 15th, I was told they were switching management companies and I would be given an answer about approval the following week. Well that week passed and no one reached out to me. I called and could barely access Shirley the leasing consultant. I would be told “she will call you by end of day with an update” and she would never... call. This occurred at least 4 times. I had to physically show up to the office just to get the run around again, saying we will have an answer soon. Well the move in was supposed to be tomorrow and we still have not heard back. I have lived here for almost two years and I have enjoyed my time there. I like the courtyard area and the staff is nice and helpful. I feel a community feel here and I like the location.

While the property is nice enough and the office staff are pleasant, they will GOUGE you on move-out expenses. The pet fee is not a deposit and does not cover any damages made by you animals. I am unsure of what the pet rent and fees cover if they don't cover those items. They are trying to charge me $800.00 dollars on carpet when it was brand new. There was a small inch of carpet that peeled up within a month of moving in and they replace the entirety of the carpet in the unit and I am now... paying for it.
