Great location. Good amenities. Pool furniture needs attention and probably replacement as it has mold on underneath area. Maintenance staff are good.

Living here 3 years now and will renew my lease. Lots of good amenities and great locations for those wanting to be close to Disney and other theme parks

Things have gotten significantly better regarding garbage laying around. I suspect some of the younger people are still doing stupid things. The elevator is all scratched up on the walls like someone used something to scratch it up. Management and maintenance have been wonderful. Any issues we have had have been handled incredibly fast. We have great neighbors. One complaint I do have is we have to go downstairs to get food delivered because the door never unlocks. No big deal. Its been a good... experience and continues to get better.

This a very quiet place, not a lot of drama, the trash company is literally trash but, and small hot water issues here and there but overall location is great.
