I have lived at Perla Gem Lake for over three years, and I could not recommend it more highly! The Maneger ( Kassie ) is incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to questions . The office staff TJ and Veliska are amazing. What really sets this place apart is maintenance team . Any time I’ve submitted a request ( Kimroy and his team , they’ve handled it within 24 hours, the technician are always friendly and professional. Anyone looking for a comfortable hassle- free place to live ! Perla... Gem Lake is that place . I will always call Perla Gem Lake my home . Razna .
