To be completely honest I am grateful that they gave me the opportunity to move here… but if you can save your money and move elsewhere.. there is a roach problem that I was unaware of when I moved here, never heard of a late fee of $150 if your rent not paid by the 3rd and let’s not forget if it’s not paid by the 3rd you will be getting a letting on your door and threaten with evictions. Everything is done online with payments you can not give a money order, but the Customer service is great... but the head manager never really interacts with the tenants. Maintenance bangs on your door scaring you out your sleep so if you work night shift be aware. The gates are barley working

DO NOT MOVE HERE
I’m glad the last review was in 2016. Well here’s a 2023 update. Management does not give a crap about you or the buildings. the apartments all have leaking roofs. Security is a huge issue, it is probably one of the worst places I’ve lived but security wise and management. If I could afford getting out of here, I would in a heartbeat.

I have been a resident at Azalea for about 3 yrs. I've had my issues with my apt like anyone would anywhere. But one thing I have to say is the customer service in the front office is amazing! I always feel welcomed whenever i walk in the office. One person in particular went above and beyond! And that was the unicorn of customer service Rachael! I had an ant problem that just would not go away and Rachael checked on me Every other day checking on things and making sure I was getting the right... level of service. Anytime I submit a maintenance ticket to her, my problem typically gets resolved within the same exact day. Jack has also been a phenomenal help since the day I started living here. I will miss their customer service at this office.

Great management
The front office is so kind! Great first impression. I am pregnant and called about an incessantly barking dog interrupting my sleep. They addressed it immediately! The dishwasher broke and the maintenance guy showed up the same day! The apartment was so clean on move in, approval was fast and efficient. The property is clean and we'll maintained. They're always painting speed bumps, updating units, and rearing the roads. They keep tenants informed about their buildings and the community. Great... management and competitive rates for the area!!
