The newly developed houses across the street mean nothing ! This place is disgusting! Trash in parking lot , my husband car was stolen like it was nothing ! No help from the overnight security! Filthy elevators ..horrible neighborhood! Awful customer service from leasing office !

I currently come visit my boyfriend to this apartment complex and the apartment is huge, plus the lake view is just so amazing. They even have a area where you can walk your dog and they even have pet stations for residents just amazing!

Very spacious, and quiet. The staff in the office are very welcoming n polite.

I am currently renting 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment from Bridgewater Place for a year and have renewed by lease for a second year. Bridgewater has a really pleasant administration and maintenance staff ; they are very helpful and accommodating to the tenants. My apartment is very spacious and has carpet throughout the dining room, living room and bedroom; everywhere else has tile that may have a dingy look to it ( I cover mine with rugs). The kitchen is a decent size however lack counter... space. My bedroom is super huge( The bedroom can fit a Cali King bed and still have space for night stand and etc comfortably ).Also has a walk in closet with storage rack space! I live on the fourth floor , so I have a great view of the lake and skyline. The balcony's access is located inside the bedroom so that's the con about that(if it matters to you). The bathroom is spacious as well with tub/ shower, sink and toilet with two mirrors and cabinets. There's a laundry inside the building or connection available for a washer/dyer located in a storage space that's located in the kitchen. The building, can get extremely humid because the building is closed in with minimal ventilation. Therefore, the building can have an odor because of that and the garbage dispenser are inside the building too (yucky). Which can cause a bug issues but they try to control that with extermination every month and you can request additional extermination. The hallway, needs new carpets. I would recommend trying to get an apartment in the leasing office(I wish I've known that lol). There plenty of parking space for you and your guests . A parking garage is available for an additional fee , of course. There is a pool , walk path and a kiddie park by the lakeside.
