Love this place. Love the management team and the property. The property is very well kept. The management is very responsive. I have been there for two years and never had a problem. Great place!

I have lived at Valencia Gardens now for 2 Yrs. I moved from Miami. We were helped by the leasing agent Belmarie and the property manager Maria. They were a great help. Very professional and were kind. They showed us the building and a 3 bedroom apt. that eventually became ours. Having come from Miami I was impressed with how clean and well kept the property was. You could tell that they take pride in how the place is run.The maintenance was very helpful too. We get regular pest control and... they do the landscaping every week. Also its nice that they allow pets, since I have a little dog. Also being a woman I feel safe to walk around at night they have the parking very well lite up and there is a police officer that patrols and lives here as well. I'm glad we are finally done with this place. Nothing but complaining neighbors and management. We lived upstairs and always got complain by downstairs for noises. This place doesn't even deserve a rating. I give it a 0..

Management miss places rent payments on a regular basis, management ignores issues such as cleanliness/roach infestations, non-working appliances, felons loitering/safety of residents, allowing felons to remain despite policies.....

Couldn't wait to initially move in, they changed my move in date three times last minute, then I arrived with stained carpets, damaged walls, roaches, rude/lazy management who worried more about gossip than addressing problems that should have been fixed rather than... allow to worsen over the year.

Management also allowed convicted felons (murderers and drug traffickers) to remain residents despite the policies stated on applications. I was scared to allow my children outside without me because these known unemployed felons would sit on the steps all hours of the day and night.

Same company manages two other properties in the area. All three have same poor management. Corporate did not address any concerns either. Read More

Valencia Gardens is my first apartment, I have been living here for 5 months now and I absolutely love it. Friendly neighbors, quiet neighborhood, very clean & nice inside! I would highly recommend Valencia Gardens Apartments to anyone that is interested in large sized units. All of the units have 2 bathrooms which would be very convenient for families, huge bedrooms, dining room & utility room.
