I wanted to leave this review even before moving in. From the first contact with the office, the experience has been excellent. Especially Nataly , who has been very professional, patient, and always willing to explain everything clearly. That kind of service is not very common these days. I haven’t moved in yet, but the experience so far gives me great confidence that I made a great decision.

Eduardo, Joisel, Luis are awesome maintenance men. They do good work and it’s done right. They are very polite. Jahaira is very helpful to my husband and I. They all get along well.

Although, I decided to relocate to St. Pete instead of Tampa, this property was one of my top options. It had stunning floor to ceiling windows, a big open living space, and a beautiful river view. Not to mention we had an amazing tour with Jahaira who gave us so much information about the property and seemed open and honest about the complex itself. She was so kind and enthusiastic about the property. The complex itself seemed to be in good shape, I really appreciate that it was built of... concrete and had large balconies. Location was great too, just not for me. It’s a couple blocks away from the football stadium, possibly walkable, close to downtown bars and shopping, and there’s a great BBQ place down the street. The maintenance team is wonderful and Eduardo was very respectful and very knowledgeable. Fix my situation immediately and he took my problem as its was his own. Excellent serviced and very educated. Thank you.
