I don't even know where to begin, but the team here is amazing! They have helped me so much! My situation was not normal and was a bit frustrating but they worked with me through all of the delays, kept in contact through the whole process and helped me with all of my questions! The property has been through a lot due to the hurricanes but they kept us in the know and were incredibly helpful and sympathetic through all of the repairs! I had some issues with my AC due to the hurricane that were... resolved same day! I also had an issue with my account and again they exceeded my expectations by looking into the issue immediately and resolved the matter within the hour! I'm so happy I chose Captiva. I moved down to Florida for school and needed somewhere that was safe, affordable, and close by. I am impressed by how clean and nice everything is, as well as how safe and quiet the community is overall. Whenever I've had an issue maintenance will resolve it quickly and they're very nice. They recently renovated the laundry and gym and so far I am LOVING IT. If you're moving and looking for a place to live, this is a great affordable option. Especially for the area.

The maintenance staff is great !!!!! Very pleasant and friendly.
