Probably one of the smoothest, easiest moves I have ever had! The leasing team at The Pointe on Westshore was there whenever I needed them with questions or concerns. Right from the beginning when I informed Waltesha that I was looking to move from my one bedroom apartment where I had lived for the past three years into a larger square footage apartment, she helped me find what I was looking for. I wanted to stay at The Pointe on Westshore, the entire staff: all the leasing agents, the... maintenance crew, and the grounds team are so friendly and are excellent at their jobs. When I toured this apartment complex, I was told that there is ample parking for residents and guests, with additional guest parking passes when needed. However, this is the farthest from the truth.

Since living here, I have discovered that there are approximately 10 guest parking spots for the hundreds of people living in the complex. After living in and visiting many other complexes, I know that this is completely unacceptable and anything but the norm for the industry. To expect hundreds of... residents to share 10 spots is absolutely ludacris. As a result, these spots are never available, forcing one to use a parking pass.

I have also found out that these "guest passes" are not good for the month, as previously told during my tour, but are instead good for one night. And they are to be shared between the entire apartment unit. So an apartment of 2 or 3 people can only have one visitor for one night for the entire month? And there is no way to get more than 3, despite the complex not providing adequate parking? This is baffling to me.

Are my guests supposed to park in the street? or at a sketchy parking lot as this complex is not located in the best area?

The front office is completely unhelpful with this dilemma and this is honestly an unacceptable predicament that you put your tenants into.

A superb property, for those with impeccable taste, the guest relations is handled like a concierge service, and the property is like a resort. The fitness center and pools are exceptional to any community that I have seen. Our apartment is spacious, private, our neighbors are great and they offer a variety with events. It's nice to have that connection after covid. If you're looking for a top-notch property in a great location with superior service look no further.

The property is certainly nice with good amenities. The first few months were very nice and comfortable, certainly an improvement over my previous apartment. Unfortunately, that ended when my upstairs neighbor moved in. Constant noises that wake me up at night and make working from home unbearable. I’ve resorted to wearing noise cancelling headphones all day. Management has been unable or unwilling to resolve the issues. For the price and age, I had much higher expectations in build quality.... Ana the leasing agent was wonderful! She took great care of us. Very friendly, patient and very knowledgeable of the apartments and the neighborhood. We looked at many places in Tampa and St Petersburg. We are looking forward to living at The Pointe. Thank you Ana for being so great.
