I’m very disappointed with our experience with this property’s management and leasing team. My partner and I were given specific information regarding a $1,000 special, and we were assured that we would receive it. At no point during our conversations were we informed of any policy or condition that would prevent us from receiving the special.

Now that our lease is scheduled to begin Monday, we have attempted multiple times to get clarification and resolve the issue. Unfortunately, our emails... have gone unanswered, including our attempts to reach management directly.

What concerns me most is the lack of communication and follow-through. We were treated very attentively while we were prospective tenants, but once we had concerns regarding something that was previously promised to us, communication became extremely difficult.

I believe future residents should be aware of this experience and make sure that all specials, promotions, and promises are clearly documented in writing before signing a lease. We are simply asking for the same professionalism and communication that we received before becoming tenants.

I love living in The Griffin for lots of different reasons. The first is they have a program that offers to split payments. Also they come to the door to pick up trash. lastly we have renovated pools and amenities and new construction so everything is brand new and beautiful.

I want to take a moment to truly thank the leasing team for such an outstanding experience. From the very beginning, the level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness I received made all the difference.

We have lived at the Griffin for year in a half now. It is a great place to live. It’s quiet, friendly staff that takes the time to handle anything you bring to them. The maintenance staff is great and handles things quickly and efficiently. I really enjoy the monthly event/activities the griffin has every month. It’s a great place to live. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a place to live.

My experience at The Griffin has had its ups and downs, but I’m happy to say things have improved significantly over the past year. The property itself is beautiful and generally well-maintained. I do wish the stairs and breezeways were cleaned more often, and that vendors like lawn care and valet trash were better supervised—some areas get overlooked, especially by the landscaping team.

That said, the new property management team has made a huge difference. They communicate regularly, organize... fun weekly events, and even bring in food trucks from time to time. Maintenance is now responsive and accommodating—definitely a step up from the previous team.

While I’d still recommend doing your own research, I’d personally recommend The Griffin to anyone considering it. There’s always room for improvement, but the new property manager, Tristin, has things running smoothly. I’m finally happy with where I live. Read More
