I love living here. It’s a great location with fair apartment prices, attentive and kind leasing agents and management. The residents are respectful and mindful, which is hard to find in a location around the university with loud college students. Love that they host events and opportunities for the community to get to know each other.

It took me 4 moves over 3 years to find the perfect apartment building in Tampa. The Pearl is a great building - from the staff, to the residents, to the amenities, to the spacious and smart layouts, to the location - this is a rare find! I am very happy to call The Pearl home.

Good location
Great location. Management used to have several issues but has improved a lot. Nelson from maintenance is wonderful and excellent - very respectful and kind.

Very unsafe - do not rent here
Do not sign a lease here. It is not a safe place to live. I feel extremely unsafe to the point that I am not sleeping well at all and counting down the days until my lease ends. The front entry doors to our building have been completely unlocked / open to the public for the entire month of January so far, and this has happened many times before in the two years I've lived here. Random people off the street, the homeless community, anyone who wants to can just walk on in and take the elevator to... anywhere in the building they'd like to go. This has led to several of my packages being stolen and waking up to a homeless person sleeping in our lobby and on our pool deck on more than one occasion. When you ask the status of the door issues the office continuously tells you , "we're trying to get the vendor back out" , but there has yet to be a permanent solution to our doors in the 25 months I've been here. Additionally, our elevator has also been broken for the entirety of January so far. The other two buildings also have at least one inoperable elevator as well. At least one of them is almost always broken - way too many people having to wait for the same elevator. We continue to get the same story from the office - "we're trying to get the vendors back out, we're trying to order a part, etc." This place is WAY to expensive for these continuous issues.
