Easy move-in process. Unit was similar to one toured and was clean upon move-in. The application process was pretty streamlined and one of the few properties in the area that is more pet friendly.

My experience has been nothing short of excellent!
To start, the office and maintenance staff are friendly, quick, patient, and professional. They were always welcoming and held many events for residents.
The campus is loaded with trees, sidewalks, greenery, and cozy seats. The pool is beautiful and the complex is walking distance from gas stations, restaurants, a daycare, a nail spa, and a nature preserve. To add to the comforting environment, I was blessed with the kindest neighbors!...
Finally, my internal apartment space was extraordinary. I was able to land a 1 bed, 1 bath with a den for a price that I couldn‘t pass down. The apartment is incredibly spacious and exceeds everything I need in a home.
I‘m only moving because I’m sizing up for my family. I will truly miss the Preserve at Mobbly Bay apartments and hope my next neighborhood can provide the same benefits. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking to rent in the Westchase/Town n Country/Oldsmar area.

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The management team is friendly, professional, and responsive whenever something is needed. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and the grounds are always kept looking nice. The neighbors are also friendly. Overall, it’s been a positive living experience, and I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.
