I paid $150.00 for a background check for me and my Son to date after several requests I still have no letter of denile from them or the scource they used they simply kept my money save your money and look elsewhere.

I went there and paid $150.00 dollars for a background check several months ago to date I have not recieved a denile letter with a reason for denial from them or a souce for the denile they simply kept my money and after several requests to them to provide a reason I am still left with no reason and no return of my money.I would love to see a copy of this so called background check.Look elsewhere and keep your money.

When I moved in back in 2020, the rent was reasonable for a studio, any and all issues in my unit were taken care of immediately, and there was no issues.

Fast forward 2 years, the property manager is still absolutely amazing and helpful, the maintenance man works super hard to make sure everyone is taken care of, but the Owner of the property is more than less to be desired. They want to charge market value for a studio which is the size of a bedroom all while offering ZERO amenities, a... laundry room with 4 sets of washers/dryers that are constantly being repaired in a laundry room that's not even secured, and they charge ridiculous fees for everything! Want a porch? $150 a month. Need updated appliances? $100 more a month. 30 seconds late with rent? $105 fee. It's obvious the owners care more about lining their pockets than taking care of their tenants. Don’t even get me started on the roaches and termites! I refused to renew my lease and I suggest that anyone who can avoid this place, do so!

The only reason I stuck around as long as I did was because of the property manager Yanci and the maintenance man Alberto. They have always remained absolutely incredible and helpful. I just couldn’t continue to support this management company. Read More

Keep going don't stop these apartments are roach infested possum and racoons attacking residents The managers are money hungry so don't think your getting the deposit back the staff changes on the regular plus it's infested with drug heads so enter at your own risk if they say under new management that's a BIG LIE
