I wanted to love this place for the high ceilings and spacious kitchen, but my move-in experience was a disaster. On day one, the A/C broke. My roommates and I spent two weeks living on the third floor—where the heat was unbearable—crammed into a single bedroom with one small portable unit. We couldn’t even unpack because the rest of the apartment was a furnace.
The Reality of "Luxury" Living:
• Fees for nothing: We pay a $35 "Technology Fee," but the only thing that actually works is the... electronic lock.
• Zero Maintenance: The hallways are so dirty I eventually bought my own leaf blower to clean them myself.
• Poor Infrastructure: If you live near the freeway, be prepared for noise. The windows aren't soundproof and the "window treatments" are so thin I had to buy my own blackout curtains.
• Appliances: The washer and dryer are outdated and barely do the job.
Communication is the biggest issue. I was promised a garage waitlist, but management ghosted me when one became available. We also receive constant, automated emails accusing us of smoking on the balcony when we don't even smoke.

Honestly pretty good place to live. Always can find parking and the outside noise is very quite. The only thing is that I wish the amenities were better taken care of.

This community is so lovely! All the neighbors are very nice. The office staff and maintenance are super helpful, personable, professional and just overall amazing! I can see myself living in this community for a long time.
