El peor año de mi vida, el apartamento súper viejo me lo entregaron hasta con cucarachas en el refrigerador. El año entero vivimos con cucarachas por todos lados, el control de plagas iba y era como sino fuera. Me tuve q ir hasta antes porq no aguantaba más esto, y para terminar me cobraron más de 500 porq según ellos mis alfombras estaban sucias y tuvieron q reemplazarlas, esto es increíble. No vivas aquí

I felt like I was putting my life at risk every time I entered or exited Grand Pavilion. Before renting here make SURE you visit the property on a weekday at rush hour. Both morning and afternoon Bruce B Downs feels like 275, it is just wall to wall speeding cars. Imagine trying to cross a busy freeway from a small side street-that's what it's like. Unfortunately, there is no light were grand Pavilion Dr meets Bruce B Downs and it is downright scary trying to get across it- especially if you are... exiting Gran Pavilion and trying to go south towards Fowler or coming from Bearss and trying to enter Grand Pavilion. In my over 5 years living there I have seen horrific car crashes right outside Grand Pavilion almost on a monthly basis. I was one of them in 2018 and im lucky to be alive. There are plenty of other complexes in the area that are better value, nicer, and you dont have to put your life or car at risk in order to get home. Also if you liek roaches, this is the place to call home.

I have lived within this community for over a year and a half. We are currently under a few improvements like the the pool and paving the road. I am excited has they are adding an outdoor kitchen that we did not have before. The staff is always helpful when I need them.

We have experienced renovations like the pool area and parking lot and I am so excited that we now have an outdoor kitchen. the club house is now open which is also exciting as it was closed before due to COVID10. The Staff is always willing to help out.
