Everything got fixed I needed my sink fixed and they came the next day and fixed it.

Prior Maintenance: Outside Water Entering Bedroom Can’t tell if anything was done to resolve last maintenance issue, but I also won’t be able to tell until we experience heavy rain again. Water damage to ceiling still open and not sure if rest of room was I inspected for additional openings where water could enter

Good effort! The handyman did a good attempt to fix my problems, but some of the problems persist, not for the lack of trying. The hot water still ends in about 7min and the water still runs in the toilet, but he did try to fix both items.

They whole experience is AWESOME. Maintenance will show up 3a.m. if needed. Customer service at office, makes you like you R important. My confidence in the competence that's operated builds daily.
