Hot July Weather! I submitted a maintenance request to have someone come check out my air conditioner when it stopped blowing cold air and had someone out in less than 24hrs! WOW, they fixed it quickly and efficiently! They explained everything they saw and everything they did to resolve the issue. I really appreciate the teams help and can tell how seriously they took my request! I can’t thank them enough!

Awful
Will take out temporary a/c unit without checking to see if regular a/c is working when they are not here on the weekend.enter without 24 notice and leave trash in unit. No contact during the weekend to get temp a/c unit back when it should not have been taken out in the first place on the chance the regular a/c was not working.
Cushman and Wakefield will not respond to residents and the onsite staff seem to not care or scattered given all the issues. This ultimately falls on the regional... manager and the corporate as they need to step in when there are issues this widespread in the community.
