After relocating to Tampa eleven years ago, Theresa quickly immersed herself in the community and became a valued resource for buyers and sellers throughout the dynamic Tampa Bay market. Her accomplishments include qualifying for the RE/MAX Executive Club and earning the Social Media Award for her innovative and effective marketing strategies. She also holds certifications in commercial real estate, new construction homes, short sales, and foreclosures, reflecting her commitment to continuous learning and a broad mastery of the industry. Outside of her real estate work, Theresa is deeply involved in service and mentorship, contributing through the Parent Teacher Student Association, volunteering at Clothes to Kids, and mentoring students with Take Stock in Children. When she is not helping clients, she enjoys traveling, kayaking, hiking, running, and sewing with her two daughters.
