My car was wrongfully towed from my own paid, assigned parking spot. My license plate was registered, and I received no warning or communication before the tow. When I asked for help, management provided me with contradictory explanations and refused to reimburse the towing cost, even though the changes to office hours made it impossible to renew the pass while working full-time.

On top of that, my boyfriend’s car was broken into in the garage, and I received no response after multiple... follow-ups. I also dealt with a roach infestation after requesting pest control, it was BAD! There are generally roaches everywhere in the building. Had a broken shower handle that caused six hours of uncontrolled water flow before anyone responded. There was no on-site maintenance for the majority of Fall 2024, and emergency maintenance was not responding. As a result, we had to call 911, and the fire department was dispatched. Management has consistently failed to take responsibility, communicate clearly, or resolve serious maintenance and security concerns.

Would not recommend living here — the lack of accountability and support has made my experience incredibly frustrating and stressful.

Security is terrible. The front door key job lock was broken for months, allowing anyone to walk in. Drunk homeless people were hanging around the first-floor convenience store most late nights. I had to notify the leasing office of an attempted homeless person who was "looking for a hotel" trying to enter the lobby for them to fix the central entrance lock, finally.

The rent is incredibly overpriced for the old amenities, small rooms, and poor maintenance. Some of the most frustrating things include:

- Hallways that smell like trash all the time
- Tenants regularly throwing trash into the hallways, which sits there for weeks before its addressed by the staff
- A gym that is horrible maintained, missing weights, and the machine wipes are so old they are dried up (meaning nobody who uses the equipment wipes it down)
- The covered parking barely... protects you from the elements as water drips from the top floor all the way to the ground floor and on to your car when it rains (I'm also fairly certain the pipes above the cars drip something onto them that has stained the paint on my car).
- There is literally no access to ethernet in the apartment and the wall connectors apparently have not worked since the apartment was opened
- Cable is supremely limited
- Apartments have dents in the walls, paint stains on the floor, stains in the carpets, and doors that are paper thin so you can hear anything going on in the common area
- The mattresses are dorm style and are not twin xl so I had to go out and buy a new full size mattress topper just so I wasn't sleeping on what felt like cardboard

The staff was awful to say the least, and didn't even try to help. Way overpriced for what you're getting. If you have to the option lay your head anywhere else

AWFUL management and incompetent staff. The maintenance staff also can't fix many of the problems. Very overpriced for what your getting, you're better going somewhere else.

This really is a great place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful and the apartment it's self it's beautiful. There are some amazing but amenities and upgrades that come along with living there. The only problem is that it can be noisy because parting. But overall, great place to live!
