It’s good that it’s close to target, the mall, 2 gas stations and a Wendy’s, but maintenance is also very poor. The pool is very green; hasn’t been cleaned in months. The basketball court has no hoop, and it’s closed + it’s overgrown. The gym is locked most of the time, so you only can go on some days. The landlords also suck, they never respond on time and there’s always so much water issues.

I’ve been here over two years. I have friends who are hoping to live in they have loved it so much when visiting. It’s quiet, neighbors are friendly, and as a single female: I feel safe.

These apartments are nice but the property kept having water issues, they would always be shutting off the water to work on it like every week. Also they have a major ants problem, I think they were sugar ants but they were all in my closets and bedrooms. When its time to move just a little note that you will not be getting your deposit back.
