Do not do it! This place is horrible. Do not let the pictures or the model of the apartment fool you! The whole apartment was roach infested! There was a roach for everyday of the year and it was disgusting! On top of that the whole apartment and all of its rooms were dirty. The bathrooms needed to be swept, the “white” toilet seat was yellow, the tub was very dirty, and the windows had mildewed and were dusty! There was old food in the refrigerator, handprints in the wall, things under the sink... , not all of the lights worked, and there was even old water inside the dishwasher! It was absolutely unacceptable. On top of all of this, the property manager, Meghan, did not tell the truth. My two roommates and I were told that there would be another person moving in with us, but we were informed by a worker that there was someone still staying there. The manager then said that there was someone staying there and was not even informed that the person had a pet living there. The manager only offered to have the place cleaned and bombed when she claimed that the place had been cleaned every 48 hours to ensure “good quality”. It was ridiculous. After my roommates and I clearly stated that we weren’t interested and wanted to transfer, she only repeated her offer and said that we were bound in our lease. The whole experience was absolutely terrible. I 10/10 do NOT recommend this place!

Be wary, internet may not be included
I move in review on 20 January: Deposit paid several months ago, pro rated amount paid on move in day. Go to APT and key does not work for one of the doors, sink leaked all over the place, drawers had bugs and dirt in them, missing shower rod, microwave, and closet doors.
Asked about internet, which is included in rent, was told to buy a wifi router. Bought a brand new one hoping for some internet. No luck. Buy a cable modem/router combo thinking this is what I need, on advice from staff,... won't put him on blast here because he is pretty awesome and assisted in every way he could. Called Xfinity to set up everything. They explained as far as they could see Internet was not included with rent only the modem, cable and the receiver for the cable. Spoke with Erin from SHS, was very helpful. We will see if he is good to his word of getting it all fixed for me. The young lady who answered the phone at the office said for internet all you have to do is hook to the wifi. It's alarming that I have gotten several different answers from several people about the same questions. Get on the same page so us as residents can also figure it out and leave a better review.
As of 27 January Key still didn't work for one of my doors, and one sink is not up to par, as in doesn't work.
Move in experience, as for the customer service, it was great. They were empathetic to the concerns and really tried to answer all the questions, however there are some issues that need to be resolved with the information about the complex. Maintenance was quick to respond to what he could a was a great help from the short conversation we had! Keep it up.
With all this being said. I was impressed with the reaction time to the concerns that they could address. The staff is friendly and didn't downplay any of the concerns. If your looking at moving in, I have had no issues so far with any other residents, loud noises, or partying. So far it's quiet.
I will update this when I figure the internet piece out to let the other residents, and future residents know the process for getting internet.
January 30: Door Lock fixed and sink fixed. Plugged up my modem/ router and xfinity screen pops up asking for the phone number and password. They stated it will cost monthly to pay for internet.
Anyone else stay here? If so, is your internet covered?
