Beware they charge a bunch of random fees while you live there and upon move out that are ridiculous and maintenance is a joke. They do apartment inspections every few months where they will invade your space and tack on a fee to for something that they left damaged in there from the previous tenant. The fridge broke and they never fixed it. We waited over half the year for a new couch and had to live with an old gross couch. Living here was awful. Homeless people are always walking through the... parking lot and live basically right outside the gate, which isn’t an automatic gate so it’s just for show. Our neighbors left trash and used sanitary products outside on the stairs, and left their dogs locked in their apartment when they went home for thanksgiving. Awful. Started out nice with a great apartment. Walls are paper thin, we heard everything going on upstairs. Maintenance SUCKS!! At the end tried to charge me $$$$ for things that were there before I moved in. Luckily, I fought back, and paid $0 but it was a head ache. Don’t live here.

Complex was slow to handle any non-maintenance issue, particularly disorderly tenants. To date this has not been handled. Mine and my roommates cars have been scratched up multiple times and there are no cameras around the complex. My car was actually hit while parked and left significant damage while in front of my apartment. The complex fails to control the influx of non-residents using any amenities on the complex including pool, gym and courts. The parking lots around the complex are poorly... lit. Security is present but does little to nothing when needed. Security responds at the speed of a turtle stuck in cement that is dead. I have to say Redpoint has been the best apartment complex I have lived at since being in college. I am a senior this year and have lived at Stadium Center and The Luxe. Even though Redpoint is a little farther from campus the great staff and wonderful apartment complex makes it completely worth it. The price for this apartment complex is not worth a fraction of what the rent is. Everything is constantly broken (pool, gym, furniture, and appliances), termites and beehives in and around the property that were not addressed, and management takes days to respond to work orders. Security is also poor during the nighttime as sketchy gangs constantly roam around the property. Being on the side of a highway also added to the grievances.
