The first two years here would've been 5 stars, but this year's new management deserves zero. My friends and I have had multiple issues with staff and management. The front office staff is not informed of what goes on at the property or any of the rules so whatever they tell you, probably not true. I have gone to the office to fix my gate code for two years and it still has not happened. I send emails regarding issues and they take either two days to respond or finally respond after 2-3 attempts... . I have had packages lost and not given back, or they tell me they sent it back but dont provide any return receipts or tracking numbers. They just send them back. We have had issues with break-ins and the security did nothing so we had to call the police directly.The only good thing about this property is the spacious layouts.

BEAWARE OF GUNSHOOTS
Beware of Gunshots every night.This apartment complex gives treats to coerce residents into leaving good reviews. 99 percent of the good reviews you see on this page is forced. Living here is extremely bad that I want to give it zero star but that is not possible so I give it a one. There is gunshots every night. This complex is extremely loud. There is trash everywhere, the gate never works, they do not do background checks so anyone is allowed to live here. Management sucks. They will change... your rent in the middle of the year and add random charges just to make money off you. As a college student, this is the worst apartment to live at. The low rent is not even worth it because they will find a way to increase your rent throughout your lease. Do not say I did not warn you. I would recommend staying at the forum or red point. Those housings have lower rates and is much safer and will not have a negative impact n your mental health.

They never do their jobs and want to send random charges for things they don’t even verify! Management is horrible, they’re all just horrible!

UNSAFE UNSAFE UNSAFE
Do not live here. It is completely unsafe and management does not even address parent emails about safety issues. My sons apartment was robbed and he has had numerous incidents relating to safety and not one thing has been resolved. Not even a phone call or follow up email out of respect. DO NOT MOVE YOUR CHILD HERE. It has been a horrible college experience for my son and our family.
