For what you pay you get a very large bathroom and spacious room. Maintaince comes the same day the order is requested and are very nice. The only downsides are that the walls are paper thin so if you unfortunate like I was and have awful neighbors (upstairs or downstairs) you're going to hear them. We also have extensive water damage so our floors do make noise when you walk on them. It also sits on an active road which you can also hear, after awhile it gets kind of soothing unless music is at... full blast. So if you get an apartment on the road I hope you can sleep with noise.
