Just terrible, slightly better since the rebrand in terms of maintenance and follow-ups, given a broken gate card knowingly just because they were out of working ones..cheap rent is the only caveat

Overall I think the social is a Good neighborhood. And the staff is nice and friendly however I hope in the future to get a more renovated apartment and it’ll be perfect

Great community but the personnel at the leasing are a bit unkind and sometimes nonchalant. However the rent is cheap and there's quite a number of safety measures recently put in place.
