Forget living here. They won’t respond to you nor do they even care.

This place is TERRIBLE and I don’t advise anyone come here. I haven’t had running water in my sink for DAYS after they came to fix my kitchen counter and they keep telling me that they’re going to come pick up their TRASH from around my house but it’s still out there WEEKS later. They handled the situation with me and my roommate TERRIBLY and all the staff does is lie and they’re extremely RUDE.

It takes forever to get repairs done here.All the benefit of living close to campus is lost when you have to haul your clothes on the bus because your dryer is broken. They didn't even offer to reduce my rent.

This is the worst place I have stayed at. It took maintenence over a month to fix my washer and dryer, after constant phone calls inquiring about the progress of the work order. My lease is almost up thank goodness, so it will be someone else's problem. The lower floor seem to be riddled with pests. Cleanliness helps but its horrible and embarassing if you have guests.

Hillside apartments is located right across from FAMU campus which is perfect for students. Hillside is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and you can get it furnished or unfurnished. however they recently stop providing tenants with cable and Internet and their staff is not always helpful. At hillside its takes a very longtime to get anything done in your apartment. So if you are looking for convience on getting to school it's okay but not if you are looking for a great apartment complex.
