Don't believe everything you read from disgruntle residents
Gates were broken because a new move in truck hit it, and secondly, they send letters to residents that leave their trash out, because the staff want to make the community clean and beautiful. It is always the disgruntle and residents who are in the wrong that complete the bad reviews. So not true.

Poor Management
The first floor is over run with roaches, front gate squeaks when actually working, can be heard opening from other side of building. Blood smeared on walls in common area left for months with office staff making rude comments when asked to clean it. Dumpster overflowing every weekend with stray cats now guarding it. Giant hole in fence with occasional homeless people sleeping in hallways and common areas.
