Amazing Staff and Amenities!
Absolutely love Arya St Pete Apartments. The office and maintenance staff are professional, friendly, on top of things and always willing to help with anything that arises. The property is well-kept including the grounds and clubhouse, and the amenities are by far the best in the area. Such a fantastic location, close to downtown St Pete, the area beaches, great schools, shopping, and the highways. Big bonus: the property is pet friendly. I am always recommending this complex to everyone that... asks. Such a great place to live!

Spacious Apartments, Tons of Amenities!
Couldn’t be happier that I chose Arya! More amenities than any other apartment I’ve lived in. Bowling alley, and golf simulator were a nice surprise. My one bedroom has a HUGE kitchen and living room. More space than my last two bedroom actually. Love walking my dog around the lake path and meeting the other pet parents at the dog parks. Highly recommend!

Terrible management no communicatoin.
I would be happy to ovewrlook the shoddy workmanship on the interior but after signing a lease, after 12 days with still no elevator they wont even give us an ETA. This has been the worst run place I have ever encountered.
