This place used to be a decent place to live due to the location but now it is absolutely not worth the trouble of dealing with management that could not possibly care less about their residents, especially when there are several newer apartment complexes within a half mile of this one that are just as nice or nicer and have cheaper rent. I don’t have enough time to say all of the negative things I think about Windsor Central Arts. I hope that this company goes bankrupt more than I hope for my... own good fortune.

Professional and cordial staff. Beautifully maintained grounds. Building clean and well-maintained. Great amenities, especially fitness center. Secure parking. Been here over 8 years after only intending to stay 6 months. Great location as well.

Great place to live! Quiet, clean, friendly community. We love our apartment, the management/front-desk team. They are knowledgeable, attentive, and I can honestly say that everyone that we have spoken to either in the elevator, or the rooftop deck gives this place five out of five stars! Great place to live and work!

The paperwork process was very time-restricted with absolutely no wiggle room, which at times was extremely frustrating. However, Kelly’s consistently positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond truly made the experience so much better at every turn.
