Nancy has over 20 years of Sales and Management of Industrial, Office, and luxury Residential Properties in Pinellas and Hillsborough counties. Nancy Baird joined her family in the real estate business in 1990, working with Buyers and Sellers of resort and waterfront and luxury properties. Prior to her career in real estate, Nancy earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from USF, and worked in retail management. She also and owned and operated a restaurant in Costa Rica and is fluent in Spanish. Nancy grew up in St. Petersburg.
