With over a decade of experience in Florida real estate, I’ve built my career on a foundation of strategy, service, and results. From my early days in property management to my current role as Managing Director of NextHome Beach Time Realty, I’ve had the privilege of helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate some of life’s most meaningful decisions, whether it’s finding the perfect beachfront home, selling a legacy property, or maximizing returns on an investment. In my leadership role, I oversee every facet of our brokerage and property management operation, from compliance and staffing to marketing, pricing, and policy development. I manage a dedicated team and ensure our systems deliver consistent, high-quality service with integrity and accountability. This 360-degree view of the business gives me a unique perspective—and a competitive edge—when it comes to sales. I understand not only what today’s buyers and sellers want, but also what investors need to succeed and what vacation renters expect from a five-star experience. That insight allows me to market properties more strategically, price them more accurately, and close deals with confidence. I specialize in luxury and income-producing properties along Florida’s Gulf Coast, offering expert guidance from Tierra Verde to Indian Rocks Beach and everywhere in between. Whether it’s a waterfront estate or a high-performing vacation rental, my goal is to help clients make smart, informed decisions and achieve the best possible outcome. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Residential Property Management from Ball State University, which laid the foundation for my real estate career and operational expertise. Outside of work, you’ll find me enjoying the St. Pete Beach lifestyle, reading by the dock, exploring new restaurants, or spending time with family. I’m also passionate about ocean conservation, education, and personal growth—values that guide me both personally and professionally.
