I felt like the application process could have been a little bit better. I felt like I was left hanging a lot and it took a lot longer than I anticipated to be answered, but I was always answered in a friendly way, just wasn't as quickly as I would have liked.

I’m loving it so far! The move was great and easy! Very Nice Community! The staff here made sure i was well taken care of and assisted me with and through the application the whole time!

My husband and I just moved in not too long ago and unfortunately had an issue with our washer on our very first load. It’s now week 2 and we’re still waiting for it to be fixed. I understand they’ve had other emergencies, but almost 2 weeks without a washer is a long time. We ended up spending a good amount of money at the laundromat washing clothes, sheets and our comforter.

It seems like the maintenance department and office are short-staffed. The office folks are very nice and Stephen is... amazing, but the maintenance process definitely needs improvement.

Other than that, it’s a nice complex. They have two nice pools, dog poop stations throughout, and a dog spa. I did notice the white curved pool chairs pictured in their advertisements aren’t at either pool, which I was looking forward to! I recommend taking a tour so you can see what they actually have.

So far so great! Move in day is Friday and everyone in the office has been great with explaining and answering everything I have needed help with !

Todo está muy lindo, atención de 10! El condominio es muy cómodo! Tiene todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa, las piscinas , el área para las mascotas ! Todo impecable!
