I came to this complex because of the good reviews, but after living here for a few months, I have to say that the worst part is the absolute nonexistence of the management office. Whenever there’s a problem, you call and they NEVER answer… And when they finally bother to, you have to call them several more times afterward just to remind them. If you want sleepless nights, constant worry, and no peace, this is the place for you. Otherwise, I don’t recommend it. The new manager is rude and... doesn't repair anything. I would not recommend moving to the complex now. Under extremely poor new management. Don't move here. Please be advised to consider somewhere else. There are thieves in the complex and garage pickup is horrendous.

Great property & management
My unit is fantastic and the community is great! The owner & management have been doing a great job improving the property & paying attention to detail. I recommend this property if you want to feel at home.

Great Value
This place is a great place to live. Been here a few years and the New Owners actually care about their tenants and have improved the property greatly. New landscaping, lighting, pool area. Its really a great place for the money. If you are looking for reasonable rent and property owners that "care" about their property then this is a place for you.
