The gates do not work. I have been here a year. They have been broken since I moved in. The fire pit also hasn't worked since living here. They have community barbecues, but I do not think they have been cleaned once. There are three barbecues, if you're lucky you will find one gas tank under them. I have seen residents bring their own tanks. I have seen blazing fires coming out of them when in use because there is so much grease pooled inside them. Also, there are no screens on any units. When... asked why, staff response was, owners will not pay. staff response to when will gates be working was the same. Owners do not want to pay. Every month their payment system is down.

Beautiful place
This place is wonderful. There was so much to see and do at the Alton. The staff listened to our questions and concerns. The model is well put together as also the clubhouse! I recommend leasing here!

BEWARE
Bounced returned deposit check-two months ago. Bank notified me(Wells Fargo)that check that was sent to me and then deposited into my account actually bounced and was returned. Company had been notified and as of today, have not provided return of money-excuse after excuse-
