Currently a resident here, whenever you have a complaint or something wrong it’s never their fault they will Blame you. Towed my car for NO REASON. Damaged the front end with the company they used. & never refunded me money for grocery’s that I had to throw away due to them breaking my fridge. First day moving in my base boards fell off and my stove didn’t work. Walls are super thin so you can hear any type of music or animals, also they’ll set a time for maintenance but you’ll be stuck waiting... around all day long cause they can’t stick to a time frame. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemy :)

New management as soon as I moved. Utilities are not included. Unfaithful to their lease. Everything was broken when I moved In. Terrible place to live.

Above and Beyond
Living at Charlotte Commons is nothing short of amazing. The apartments and community is exactly what I hoped for. But the absolutely incredible staff at the leasing office makes this experience so much more. Immediately if a issue is brought to their attention a plan is made to help fix the problem.

The absolute best people in charge of management.
Friendly faces waiting to help you with whatever needs you may have. Very nice, well maintained buildings. Beautiful landscaping. Very nice and safe area. Close to many good restaurants. A very nice clubhouse. Very nice environment with friendly neighbors. And most importantly the absolute best management team ever, Vanessa and Lisa. Very good honest people. Picking this place to live will not disappoint!!
