It was great living at 81 West while we were waiting for our home to be built. My apartment fit my needs with all the upgrades. Don't laugh but my favorite inside my unit was the washer and dryer, so well built with hugh tubs inside, enough space to wash my comforter and blankets. Lastly, Taylor and Bianca is the best management team you will get in an apartment complex . They truely undestand and know how to make their tenants feel at home and welcome. Any issues they are on it asap and will... follow-up to be sure the situaton was handled. I recommend them for apartment living at 81 West Fort Myers Florida.

So impressed! So grateful!
In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, I attempted to secure an apartment for my daughter, who had lost everything, including her apartment. I contacted Taylor, who was the kindest, most understanding person. She assisted me throughout the entire application process, with such professionalism and empathy. Even though we were able to secure an alternate apartment through my daughter’s former management company, Taylor contacted me personally to wish us good luck with our situation. Actions speak... volumes, and 81 West is fortunate to have such a wonderful employee! Thank you, Taylor!

81 West A wonderful place to live!
I am a local realtor, familiar with many rental communities in the Ft Myers area! 81 West surpasses all the others! Why you ask? Amenities are amazing along with the beautiful grounds! Very animal friendly!
Bianca and Taylor at the sales center always greet you with a smile and professionalism, willing to listen and help anytime! Jason the onsite maintenance manager is wonderful always willing to help and so kind.
