- Nice gyms, I appreciated the two different gyms. They weren't ever overly crowded and more than enough equipment for the average gym goer
- Nice lobby and work area. I was able to work from home successfully there with minimal wifi issues. Between my apartment, the lobby area, and the work space upstairs with free coffee I was able to easily wfh.
- Huge bathroom! This is the only thing I miss
- Awesome front desk staff & maintenance. We always had plenty of... notice when there was work being done on the buildings, alarm testing, etc.
Bad things:
- The pool was nice (I liked it during the week), but almost every weekend there's people out blasting music and being obnoxious. I understand it's a weekend, but it was so loud I could hear the music at the pool from inside my apartment which was annoying
- The surrounding neighborhood was not super safe, but we knew that before moving in so I can't fault the property too much
- THIN WALLS. I was woken up every morning at the crack of dawn by the alarm of the person who's bedroom was on the other side of the wall as mine.
- There's no fenced dog area & people let their dogs run around off leash every day. It was frustrating that I couldn't take my elderly dog out for a walk without another pup running up on her

Overall I chose not to renew because it wasn't really worth the price for my lifestyle, but some people might consider the proximity to downtown, beach, plantation for the price worth it!

At Windsor 335, we also provide a fenced and secured dog park located near building 5 (325), where... residents can safely release their dogs from their leashes to play and roam freely. This area is fenced at all times to ensure the safety of our furry friends.
I'm sincerely sorry to hear about the inconvenience you experienced with the noise from the pool and any nearby neighbors. please rest assured that our leasing office takes noise complaints seriously and holds all residents and guests accountable for any lease violations. It's important to note that the pool area is not reservable for parties.

Nico & the Maintenance Team - Excellent Customer Service
Nico & the Maintenance Team have been wonderful any concerns I have had they have handled quickly and efficiently. The bedrooms are spacious, and the community area is always clean and inviting.

Property is clean and the staff is very friendly.
They keep the property very clean. The pool area and the clubhouse are beautiful and always taking car off. I have been living here since October of 2021 and every time I email for service they are there within hours sometimes minutes. Richard and Marcial that work in service are very friendly and professional.

Homeless, theft, and drug problems
Windsor 335 is next door to a cheap motel! Some of the apartments are facing outwards and the patios have no protection. I’ve had my property stolen directly off of my patio on separate occasions. There was a full grown homeless man smoking meth ON my patio. I am a female and was home alone at the time. There were three police vehicles with all the officers guns drawn pointed at a man parked at the motel next door.. the fence separating these apartments and the motel is a scrawny rail fence.... If there is ever a shootout, bullets will enter these apartments. The motel residents throw their food and trash over the fence and onto Windsor 335 property that doesn’t get cleaned up for weeks. Our dogs are walked on that patch of grass and it isn’t safe. Multiple times I’ve had to wrestle chicken bones out of my dog’s mouth. There is currently a jar of mayo, a Jamaican Beef Patty, and a single flipflop along with a ton of wrappers over here by the fence now. Parked cars on the motel side have been hitting the fence and so it was leaning over, I had to convince maintenance with photos for them to come out and straighten it out.. I’ve seen these people repaint fire hydrants……but I have to convince them to straighten the fence.

Crappy Service and Mold
I’ve been living here since November and I’ve had mold growing in my apartment since then. I’ve bought various things to help relieve the mold as well as keeping the temp cool as possible. Well my son and myself has grown seriously I’ll from this. Also the old management was always so pleasant and helpful this new management seem to be money hungry. I was locked my apartment and ask if someone could open the door for me. Well the new management told me I would have to pay them to open my door.... This is all apart of their new policies that they never sent out. Needless to say stay away from here. Still waiting on a resolution for the mold.
