The community has been neglected , elevators do not work, hallways are filthy , tree stumps improperly removed , ant piles all over ! Garbage was left in a massive dumpster thay was over flowing for months , that only attracted rodents “Health Hazzard” . Mold on buildings and window sills , paint used to try to cover up the mold . The doors are broken to enter from exterior of buildings to stairs for months on multiple buildings . Pool furniture falling a part . Non residents entering & using... pool
after hours to hang out !

It won’t let me do 4.5 stars but I would if it would let me click it. I love living here. There are very few things I would change. I wish there was more storage space in the apartments, and sometimes the main office doesn’t respond to emails. But otherwise this place is a dream!

Its was a great experience for me. Second time resting and so far everything over exceeds my expectations. The grounds looks amazing. Im very much looking forward to all the amenities that is available to me.

Everything about the experience was excellent! Nora was our rock from beginning to end. Tamara was friendly and welcoming. And Will even went out of his way to stop everything he was doing to show us around model units. Bell is a beautiful location, that's obvious to anyone, but it's the people who make it truly special—and the people at Bell are the best in the business. We just couldn't be happier with our decision to make Bell our new home!
