Apartment appeared clean upon move in, but when pulled out drawers… found mounds of roach excrement and dead roaches. They did send someone in to clean. Recently remodeled, but very cheap/poor work. After a month of living here: paint peeling off walls, counter top falling apart, caulk peeling up. Bath tub/shower was painted… the paint is now coming up and chipping to reveal rust beneath. They try to fix things cheaper vs doing it right. The closet shelf fell down, towel bar and toilet paper... holder fell off wall. We have been without hot water on and off multiple times sometimes for a week, still haven’t fixed the problem. They are still working on apartments and will turn off water completely with no notice. Laundry facilities are frequently dirty/covered in hair and not usable. Machines are only run via app which frequently eats your money. With new management, there is nobody available after hours or on weekends for emergencies. Roaches!! Do not move here!!!!!

Update 8 months into our lease:
Our hot water heater started on fire twice.
Our dishwasher was clogged. Maintenance “fixed” it but forgot to put a part in. It started on fire. It’s been over 2 months and they still haven’t fixed it.
Our flooring is sinking/cracking in many places. I’m assuming because they didn’t level the floors/use underlay.
The office lies and makes excuses to put off any repairs.
If you want to live somewhere that cares about you and your family; don’t move here. Awful management and maintenance.

I came in and was greeted by the staff and was highly shocked that the staff was highly polite, raised hands and was very proper. When I arrived, the grounds were clean. New playground, new mulch. The laundry room is a clean area. I toured a 1x1 and the pictures are exactly how they are being toured. You will not be disappointed. I rented and got my month free!
