I knew the team was very good while living there. Upon moving out to a different state I've come to realize that they were GREAT, not just very good. They took care of issues quicky. The buildings are old, but they do try hard at upkeep. The only downsides we encountered were the laundry costs were higher than we've seen and the machines were hit or miss and the second was the water billing (we did not use much but it gets divided between residents so we got the short end of the stick with that,... but we know this moving in). We would move back to these apartments in a heartbeat if moving to the area again.

Great community
Moved here from Southern California about 2 years ago. The community is wonderful. Management has been so easy to communicate with and any maintenance issues are resolved in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Jamestown.

Great place to live!
I love living in Jamestown. Everything is handled smoothly and efficiently from the front office to the maintenance crew. I highly recommend this complex. It is quiet and the neighbors are wonderful! Best in Pensacola!

Helpful and Friendly
I love living at Jamestown! The staff is so friendly and helpful. My maintenance requests are always done in a timely fashion. The office staff is nice and always happy to help! They even took care of my dog while pest control was in my apartment! So sweet!
