Dania Diaz is one of the few who was actually born and raised in Miami. She has been licensed since 2005 and has been with RE/MAX Advance Realty since 2013. She holds a leadership position at MiamiYPN as the Global chair and was the 2024 president for the largest Realtor association in the nation, The Miami Association of Realtors. Currently she serves as The South Florida Area Director for The Florida Residential Real Estate Council (RRC) and she is the Vice Chair for The National RRC Next Generation Committee. She has instructed many well-attended classes for the board as well as presented at our District 4 conferences. She has been invited to share her talents on numerous stages for RE/MAX International, at The NAR NXT conference including sharing on panels and a session for R4, RE/MAX's global yearly conference. She has hosted and MC'ed 3 global congresses all around the world; in Dubai, Spain and Miami. Dania is heavily involved in advocacy as a Florida State Director for the Florida Association of Realtors and a National Director for NAR. She serves on the Young Professional Network and The Global Business and Alliances Committees. She has won many awards throughout the years, some of them being the Top 20 under 40 (2020) & YPN of the year (2020 & 2024) both awarded by The Miami Association of Realtors. Awarded by RE/MAX International, 'The 2020 Above The Crowd Award', 'Hall of Fame Award' & "Torchbearer - Top 5 agents under 40 in 2025" for the entire state of Florida. Most recently Rate my Agent’s Top Agent award ranking as #2 in Miami-Dade County. She is a Chairman Club* top producer in her office and leads a successful team of agents, all the while putting in her personal touch, making sure the white glove service is applied to everyone through systems and consistency which has produced her a 5 star track record. She has built a business from scratch based on hard work and referrals. Dania is the pinnacle of utilizing creative digital marketing strategies including cinematic quality elements to produce the highest quality videos. She focuses on residential, investments, and international sales. She is a pro at creating opportunities and connecting the dots within her network.
