We visited several complexes at PCB this past week and selected 10X. We did like the location and physical property but the real “difference maker” was the service that we received from Michelle Bolton! She was very thorough in answering all of our questions and made us feel welcomed and at home. Her spirit was engaging and refreshing! Good customer service seems to be a rare find these days and the exceptional customer service that she provided made our experience great!

Maintence
Maintence came in and checked my ac with very polite and answered all my questions there going to be back tommorw to check the ac they are awesome great place to live very nice love this place

Depreciating Faster Than Expected
The staff here are very hardworking and very kind, however they are not often able to help with some of our bigger issues, such as when common area amenities break, they are not repaired or replaced. Gates, DogPark, Pergolas, Grills, Exterior lighting, Uneven sidewalks, Pet Waste bins. I do enjoy living here with me fellow residents but seems the owner need to fund some TLC to their investment.

Just moved in!!
We just started moving in and they have been nothing but great to us and or kids! Katie is our leasing agent and she was absolutely amazing. I emailed her the receipt of our direct deposit and in the same email told her we were heading in and she already had our welcome packet and keys waiting for us!
