i recently moved here from out of state and the property staff made my transition easier. So thank you for that but we pay way too much to live here to have a pool thats icy cold even when its super sunny out. We should have a heated pool because we are paying to use it and cant. Pool chairs and cushions are very dirty and our gym can definitely use some equipment. The pond area that i have to see from my back deck could use some love as well. Other than that I appreciate yall.

amenities has went down
Started off as a clean wheel kept area, but as management changed so did property. Pests were not controlled ,maintenance were understaffed so did not respond to issues much, and animal droppings were everywhere. The new management was very nice, but I had to leave before a real change was seen.

Amenities aren’t worth it.
The pests are insane, but you pay for pest control and no one controls them. You pay for garbage every month but the dispenser never works. Some electric appliances may work. Nice building but with what you pay there are many issues

New move in
I moved here a little over 30 days ago. As soon as arrived the team where waiting for me and wanted to make sure I was taken care of immediately. Great staff, love the Starbucks system, the pool is so nice. My dog has always been an apartment dog with a patio/balcony but my new unit has a fenced in back yard which is amazing and hehe loves it! Apartment is very nice and roomy! So far, loving the place. Perfect location!

Mold, no repairs, unsafe
I lived for three years too long. Moved in right when they opened in 2018 and the unit already had damage. Water damage after Hurricane Michael and they just painted over it. Had mold all over the baseboards in my apartment and maintence said it was because they didn't set up the AC drainage right, but weren't going to fix it, just more paint. Would take months and constant contact with the office to get even minor repairs fixed. Gates never worked. Trash is everywhere. The only compactor on... property breaks at least once a week. One building caught fire months ago an it's still not repaired. Only reason I stayed as long as I did was that rentals were destroyed in the hurricane and hard to come by. Stay away. It looks nice on the outside and staff SEEM nice but looks are decieving.
